Our client, a financial services company located in Murfreesboro, TN, is looking to hire multiple Customer Service / Call Center Representatives to start ASAP!
this is an onsite position, remote is not offered at this time
Details :
- Monday - Friday
- 9 : 00a - 6 : 00p or 8 : 30a - 5 : 30p
- Temporary with the potential to go on permanent
- On-site position in Murfreesboro, TN
Description :
- Handling 30 - 60 inbound calls per day
- Updating account information
- Helping reset passwords
- Provide email support and communication
